We serve business leaders and C-level executives at small to mid-sized companies by educating them on the role that HRIS tools and data analytics can play in helping them achieve their business goals.

Patrick Payroll was created in 2010 from a small-business focused CPA firm that believed a better option was needed than what their clients were getting & they wanted a simple relationship-based approach to serving their clients while utilizing awesome technology.

Opportunity: The HCM Consultant prospects, calls on and sells a SaaS based HCM platform that provides a full suite of payroll & workforce management solutions to companies within an ideal target market of 25 to 250 employees. He or she is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, networking and sales database management (CRM). The ideal candidate can build strong referral relationships with brokers, banks and other referral sources through education. He or she is also responsible for achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.

The HCM Consultant will be in a highly consultative role as they meet with various decision makers and C-level executives and will be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Selling HCM payroll & workforce management solutions including: talent acquisition, paperless onboarding, performance management, time, benefits, payroll and labor analytics.
  • Prospecting businesses to sell payroll and human resource related services through cold calling, foot canvassing and networking.
  • Cross-selling additional services to an existing base of clients.
  • Attending networking & community events.
  • Recording sales activity and results.
  • Achieving assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Emphasizing sellable features, quoting prices and preparing sales contracts.
  • Traveling to and from trade shows (possibly 2-4 per year).
  • Maintaining the highest level of integrity in all business practices.

  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards, rankings, etc...

  • Open-minded, fast learner, goal oriented and a drive to succeed.
  • Optimistic outlook and demeamor.
  • Tenaciously drive new business by working leads and prospecting
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Can pass an extensive background check (Criminal, MVR, Credit and Drug screen).
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a track record of success.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Proficient with PC and several cloud-based tools.

Compensation and Benefits: The HCM Consultant will receive a competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses that will allow first year reps to make $65k - $85k, second year reps from $85K - $150K and third year reps much more. A monthly car and smartphone allowance will also be provided along with extensive benefits that include medical, dental & retirement package.  No cap on commissions.
